Let stand for 10 min.&lt;br /&gt;Add olive oil to water mixture then add to a large bowl with flour and salt.  Beat until smooth.&lt;br /&gt;(optional for a fluffier crust: let rise for 5 minutes)&lt;br /&gt;Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat and roll into a circle.&lt;br /&gt;Tranfer dough onto a lightly greased pizza pan or cookie sheet.&lt;br /&gt;(optional: sprinkle corn mean on the greased pan)&lt;br /&gt;Add sauce, toppings and cheese as desired.&lt;br /&gt;Bake for 15-20 minutes
